  • Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • If an item is out of stock or there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment through our website or the carrier’s website.
  • We currently offer Standard Shipping within the United States.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We currently only ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping.
  • We appreciate your patience and understanding as we focus on providing quality service at fair rates.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs processes.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please check with your local post office or delivery service.
  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact the shipping carrier
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, you may contact us here and we will try our best to assist you in resolving this issue, however we make no guarantees that we can locate item once marked as shipped and delivered.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you notice an address error, contact us here immediately. If the order has not been processed, we will update the address. If it has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as needed.
