Refund Policy

At The Pet Plaza, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality pet products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition (unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival).
  • The item must not be listed in the non-refundable section.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Customer is responsible for return cost of item.
  • Please note refund will not be issued until product is received and inspected.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats, supplements).
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged after use.
  • Buyers remorse.
  • Found cheaper elsewhere.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
