1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or fulfilled.
- Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. How to Request a cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your order, please do so here.
- If your order has not been processed yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to cancel it. However, you may be eligible for a return based on our Refund Policy.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved before processing, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Changes to Your Order
- If you need to modify your order (such as updating an address or changing an item), please reach out as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.
