- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition (unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival).
- The item must not be listed in the non-refundable section.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Refund Process

- Customer is responsible for return cost of item.
- Please note refund will not be issued until product is received and inspected.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Non-Refundable Items
