- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition (unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival).
- Item must not be listed as non-refundable.

3. Return Shipping

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. If it is determined your product was damaged on arrival, we will issue a full refund to you.
