Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition (unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival).
  • Item must not be listed as non-refundable.
3. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item sent, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. If it is determined your product was damaged on arrival, we will issue a full refund to you.
5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats, supplements).
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
6. Exchanges
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
